Chotte Sarkaar first started in Navi Mumbai and right from get go, it was a bang on. Kay and Nidhin, who are brothers, moved down from the Mumbai, since Nidhin fell in love with Kochi on a trip. Having family here helped, and these brothers are out to do 'bade' things with Chotte Sarkar. The restaurant uses only top quality fresh ingredients, which added to its fame and brand, something that is always followed as the primary protocol and observed to this day at the restaurant. The cuisine is Indo-Chinese, mostly North Indian.
