Kochi Kitchen at Kochi Marriott will feature 3 day special dinner buffet commemorating the Chinese New Year, the year of the rooster. Asian cuisine has always been one of the favorite choices for the people of Kochi, especially Chinese and this was the reason to beckon the Chinese New Year for the first time at Kochi Marriott since inception. The chef will feature Cantonese seafood soup, Braised crab in butter garlic sauce, Kung pao chicken, eight treasured stuffed chicken, Dezhou grilled chicken, fried shrimps with green tea sauce and more. The buffet will also feature live counters of Dimsums, Chopsuey and Noodles.
