The Band - Diaries of a Manchild consists of 5 members.

The Kochi Music scene is pretty tightknit and is steadily improving day by day and a lot of talented artists and perfomers are present. Artist Sachin is very skilled painter whose work has been looked up on by many. He has already conducted an art exhibition as well and is taking free art classes for students at two orphanages. While thinking as to what new kind of perfomances can be offered to the audiences along with music, lead to the entry of the artist Sachin MS to the group.
The band Diaries of a Manchild was formed mid 2016 by Sachin Rajeev,Vivek KS and Akhil Narayan and has done four shows till date. The band composes songs of various genres. The idea of combining live music with live painting was cooked up by the "Sachin"s of the team. Upon doing research they found out that live art and music is already being used at various places in the name of art therapy for stress relief and anger management issues. So why not do it at a public platform for the audience in Kochi as well.
And that is how the idea of the Event the Acrylic Strings came into formation. The artist does live painting that is related to the type of music the band plays and thereby giving meaning to the lines "hearing the painting and seeing the music".At each show, the paintings drawn for the previous shows are exhibited as well.The team or more like the family is perfoming at multiple venues in and around Kochi during the last 10 days of december. The ultimate dream of the Band is to conduct an art exhibition of Artist Sachin's Students and to perfom during the exhibition.
