Enjoy signature dishes of Malabar cuisine from 30th March – 10th April 2018. Our Head chef Ajay Khanna with his team will showcase an array of delicious dishes for the guests. The 12 day food promotion will showcase exotic choice of veg and non-vegetarian delights. The wide spread of authentic Malabar dishes features specialties like Malabar paratha, Moplah fish curry, Tellicherry mutton biryani, Irachi pathiri, Malabar chicken curry, Kallumakkaya nirachathu, kappa beef unnakaya and Chemmeen puttu. To end the meal on a sweet note, enjoy desserts like Unnakaya, Thari kanji, Paszham nirachathu, Vattayappam, Ela ada and more.
