Dakshin is an ancient Sanskrit word depicting the rich culture and heritage of southern India. The Dakshin cuisine celebrates the authenticity and blend of flavors from the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala. Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The festival will feature Chef Samkupar Wankhar from Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park. His passion has always been to go in search of the origin of food and cuisine and bring his expertise to the table. The highlights of the festival will include delicacies such as MeenVaruval, Masala Vadai, Natu Kozhi Kozhambu, Chettiiyar Carrot Halwa, and much more that will tantalize your taste buds.
