IncrEDIBLE art is hosting a one day workshop on an Introduction to Couverture Chocolate. The basic idea behind this workshop is to educate all customers and students on what the difference between compound chocolate and couverture chocolate is, and why couverture is used extensively in the premium pastry field. The main aim behind this is to make people aware of the superiority of couverture chocolate when compared to compound chocolate, even as far as health is concerned.
