The session will conclude with inner healing for parents and children. From April 12th, 4:30-6:00 pm, we shall be starting Sparkle ten day modules for kids and teens.
In its third year, Sparkle, will introduce to your children - positivity through fun Yoga & Body Works, warrior attitude through Kalari, healing through Dancing. We believe in teaching children to become mindful so that they choose to live a healthy life and face life with a smile.
The sessions shall be taught by
Nuthan Manohar, internationally trained wellness expert.
Subi Surendran, state yoga champion and athletics coach.
Sivan Gurukul and Sarath Sivan, father and son team, award winning Kalari teachers.
Mayuri Mohan, Degree in Psychology, Philosophy and a passion to teach positive living through dance. Experience of over 15 years.
Priya Sivadas, leading MNC corporate trainer with a focus on living limitless
The sessions will leave your child equipped with tools to improve memory, enhance confidence, ability to manifest desires and resilience to face life's challenges.
