Profession: Pilates fitness instructor running her own studio (VISION) in Japan and also working as a fitness instructor for corporates based in Osaka.
Background: Qualified FTP Pilates instructor. Well versed in muscular anatomy and trigger point treatment. By incorporating latest fitness tools she has given form to her own methods in Pilates where the lessons go well beyond mere weight loss or an exercise attempt but aim to achieve a beautiful body that goes hand in hand with the comprehensive improvement of health.
