Kochi Marriott hotel’s food mascot Jimmy Rocks brings home the best of the exotic flavours from the streets of Thailand. Jimmy Rocks during his culinary journey happen to meet Chef Kamol Chukaew, popularly known as Chef Mol at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa, Thailand who is a master chef himself in Thai cuisines with more than 24 years of experience. The festival will not only showcase an array of authentic and sumptuous Thai cuisine but will recreate a cultural experience for the guest that goes beyond just food. Chef Mol, a connoisseur of Thai cuisinewould spearhead the preparations at the festival held at Kochi Kitchen.
