Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport hotel is all set to host the spicy and aromatic Royal Hyderabadi food promotion from 21st October to 30th October at Momo Cafe. The rich Hyderabadi cuisine is the legacy of Nizams of Hyderabad state with the adaptations from Arabic cuisines. Chef Madhusudhan a master chef in Hyderabadi cuisine with 18 years of experience comes all the way from Hyderabad to lead the food promotion. With the skilled use of spices and herbs, Chef Madhusudhan presents some of the finest dishes of Hyderabadi cuisine.
The Royal Hyderabadi food promotion will showcase an array of authentic dishes right from starters to desserts including Paya Shorba, Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Haleem, Bagara Baingan, Kaddu ka dalcha and Lagan Ka Murgh etc. The guest can also relish special Hyderabadi desserts including Khubani ka Meetha, Dabal Ka Meetha, Uroosa and Sheer Khurma.
