After winning several international awards, Vinod Bharathan’s first feature film based on Kochi City - KARMA CARTEL, is gearing up for its Pan-India theatrical release. KARMA CARTEL was picked up by Shiladitya Bora of Long live cinema, the founder of PVR Directors Rare - a reputed wing of PVR Cinemas that brings special content and award winners, both national and international, to theaters in India.

Even though the release is limited to urban cities of India where PVR Directors Rare has cultivated an audience, Vinod Bharathan feels that it cannot be any better for a new-comer with no big names attached to the film credits. The film features Vinay Forrt, Jinu Joseph and International Model turned actor Tony Luke, and already has a strong pulse about it. This is the first Indian film to follow the Dogme 95 Manifesto set by set by Lars Von Trier and Thomas Vinterberg.  For more information -https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dogme_95
