Cake Mixing at Kochi Marriott Hotel

Kochi Marriott hotel conducted its Annual Cake Mixing on 09th October 2016 at the hotel poolside between 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm. 350 Kilos of kismis(raisins), sultanas, black currant, tutti fruity and almonds were mixed along with cinnamon and nutmeg powder during the ceremony, however the bakery team would in total mix 750 kilos of fruits this year expecting a huge sale this year. The fruits were piled up at the picture perfect pool deck arena in a modern English farm house setting at the hotel along with the spices and other ingredients.
Cine actors Vijay Babu, Niranjana Anoop, Music Director Alphons Joseph graced the mixing event. Executive Chef Prakash Chettiyar spearheaded the ceremony along with the Chef Manikandan, pastry chef.
