One doesn’t need to buy movie tickets to enjoy their signature caramel popcorn. I am told that one of the reasons for the excellent popcorn is the imported American corn seeds apart from the recipe developed by Cinepolis. In fact, all the food they offer had its recipes developed in-house.
I’m urged to try the Nachos which I can season to my heart’s content from a separate condiment station. A crowd-pleaser, I’m told. One realises that the reason that the reason why Cinepolis provides food and beverages without depending on other vendors is so that they can control and maintain the quality of food and hygiene.

Membership in Club Cinepolis proves beneficial to loyal customers with 6.66% of the amount spent on tickets added as points to your account, redeemable as movie tickets. This is a good deal especially with the amount of great movies being released and Kochi being the movie capital of Kerala. Cinepolis also has an app that facilitates easier and paper less ticketing. The ticket booths are well manned with one on the ground floor and one at the multiplex. They also have self ticketing facility. Cinepolis offers all this and very reasonably priced movie tickets, in fact, at the lowest ticket rates offered by any multiplex in Kochi, according to AjiChandran, Unit Head of Cinepolis.
The VIP Experience
A most enticing feature that Cinepolis offers is the VIP experience. With a separate lounge and an in-house kitchen, the VIP section promises much, and, we find, it delivers. The three VIP auditoriums seat 76 people each. They have a separate ticket line at the counter along with the self ticketing facility.The seat themselves, are fluffly clouds of comfort; reclinable and with individual lamps. Waiters and menus can be summoned with a click of a button located on your seat.
