Fort Kochi through the lens of color

Fort Kochi is a melting pot of various cultural influences. It is the earliest European colonial settlement in India and has been under three different colonial powers namely the Portuguese, the Dutch, and the British over a period of 500 years. Much has been written and talked about these influences, but Colors of Fort Kochi walk explored the same from the lens of color. The walk that saw us combing through the quaint streets of Fort Kochi explored how architecture, arts, cuisine, and even costumes have been colored by the multitude of influences throughout history.
The walk was organized by Sahapedia in collaboration with Hue & Why; Susan Mathen, the founder of Hue & Why led the walk.
