December 21, 2015, Kochi: Muzik247, the prominent music label in the Malayalam film industry, today released the first song video from Manju Warrier and Master Sanoop starrer, 'Jo And The Boy'. Titled "Ponveyil Veezhave", Haricharan has sung this melody which is composed by Rahul Subrahmanian and penned by Santhosh Varma.
The audio launch of 'Jo And The Boy' was held in Kochi last Friday. Mammooty who was the special guest, launched the audio by handing over the Launch CD to C.C. Thomas, Senior Advocate, High Court of Kerala. The event was attended by Manju Warrier, Master Sanoop, Pearle Maaney, Director Rojin Thomas, Music Director Rahul Subrahmanian, Vocalists Arun Alat, Kavya Ajith, Muzik247's Head Of Operations Syed Zameer along with the film crew. Remya Nambeesan, Sanusha Santhosh and Shaan Rahman were also present to be part of the celebration.
Written and directed by Rojin Thomas, the story of 'Jo And The Boy' revolves around the protagonist Joan Mary John also known as Jo, who is a lady animator and a boy Criz, who comes to her life unexpectedly. Apart from Manju Warrier and Master Sanoop, Lalu Alex and Pearle Maaney are also part of the cast. Cinematography is by Neil D Cunha and editing is by Rahman Mohammed Ali.The audio is released by Muzik247. Produced by Alice George under the banner of Goodwill Entertainments, 'Jo And The Boy' is scheduled to release this week.
