The yellow army of Kochi will face the defending ISL champions Atletico De Kolkata at The Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi on November 17

As per the latest reports, the inaugural match of the fourth season of the Indian Super League (ISL) will take place between Kerala Blasters and Atletico De Kolkata at Kerala Blasters’ home ground. The fans are thrilled after hearing this news. Sachin Tendulkar, co-owner of the Kerala Blasters met the chief minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan, to welcome him personally to witness the opening match. 

The final of this season will be held at Kolkata as ATK were the champions last year. With Iain Hume back in the yellow jersey, the excitement and hype has doubled. Now, with the inaugural match between the last year’s finalists, this ISL is coming back with a bang. Kochi will be seeing a huge wave of yellow army and this tremendous love for football and for the team will sure play an important role in deciding the winning team in the inaugural match. 

With only a few days left for the first game, Kochiites are eagerly waiting and just like every football fan says  Let’s football.”
