Make your way to see the exciting dance forms and listen to soul rendering music at the latest edition of the International dance and music fest

Celebrated dancers will present varied genres of dances from across the country at the latest edition of the International Dance Fest at Sree Sankara College which is to take place on December 22. This year the fest will also commemorate the silver jubilee of the college.

Every year, the International Dance Fest aims at giving young dancers and singers an inexplicable opportunity to showcase their talent and express themselves through their dance movements and vocal talents.

The fest will feature international dance forms like Srilankan dance and Flamenco dance.

Globally acclaimed artistes, schools and college troupes, as well as members of cultural and social organisations will grace the event to be held till December 30. Acclaimed dancer Kalamandalam Kshemavathy will inaugurate the fest at St. George Parish Hall in Chengal, Kalady on December 22.

Leader of the Opposition, Ramesh Chennithala, will be the chief guest on December 23. A dance performance featuring 300 dancers to be led by Tanzanian High Commissioner on December 26 will be one of the highlights of the fest. Sree Sankara College fest at Kalady will play host to 1,700 artistes from various cities.
