A collection of handcrafted products direct from the makers finds a spot in Kochi with My Cup of Tea at Pepper house from November 3 till November 5, 2017

Rosemary Jacob, a Kochiite who has a passion for handmade crafts has come up with a curated pop-up store concept that brings premium and niche handcrafted fashion and lifestyle brands from all over India and abroad to smaller cities which have a growing market for unique and contemporary designs and products. The event, to be held from November 3 to 5 at Pepper House, Fort Kochi, will feature new and emerging handcrafted makers (crafters, artisans, designers, artists) from India and abroad.

The Kochi edition will have 16 handcrafted brands from all over India. The event will have products for kids, women, men, home, etc.

“‘My Cup of Tea’ is my way of going back to my roots. In this day and age of ‘mass production’ and ‘use and throw’ culture, I want to give Kochi a taste of what it is to have handcrafted products from makers across the country. These products are a labor of love, much like the ones I was privy to as a child”

 , says Rosemary.

With Kochi proving to be the space where art is getting appreciated regardless of the type or style, the city is a perfect place for these artists and the people of Kochi to get exposed to new kind of handcrafted products. The event will have some major brands like The Second Life, Earth Loaf, TUNI TALES, Son of a Noble, Bheemstyx and much more.
