As you walk into Me Met Me in Panampilly Nagar, you are swept by a feeling of peace and lightness. While few students are looking blissful in a resting pose, one is challenging herself into balancing her body weight on her arms. “Exhale and push into your hands,” instructed Nuthan Manohar, founder of Me Met Me, to the girl.
Nuthan, was a brand consultant, managing global accounts like Kraft Foods, Cadbury, Titan, etc. for Asia Pacific; but after she had realized that her calling was in healing and empowering people, she switched careers and started to teach yoga and conduct workshops. “Yoga started as a tiny part of my day, to heal myself. It soon became the best part of my day, and now it is all of my days”, says Nuthan. After teaching at the premium chain of Pure Yoga in Hong Kong, she set up Me Met Me and conducts regular classes, corporate workshops, and residential retreats.
“Me Met Me, is an endeavor to create a simple, joyful space where you reconnect with yourself, reclaim health and happiness through yoga, food and fun.” She believes that each person is unique and different, and sessions are taught to help each person achieve their individual target – be it physical or mental.  She adds, “we have the challenging vinyasa style classes for those who are looking to strengthen and tone up inside out. Therapeutic yoga and guided meditation are offered for those who need to overcome ailments and revitalize. The sessions have been very successful for weight loss, stress release and curing diseases. All sessions emphasize on mindful living and shedding negativity” On Sunday, June 21st, International Yoga Day; Me Met Me is organizing talks, workshops, contests and fun games.
