With an experienced team to back them up, the company has been fulfilling city dweller's dreams. The company began its operations with the Nucleus Reef Garden  which was followed by Nucleus Styles, Nedumbassery. Nucleus Properties provides sales, rental and maintenance services. Nucleus Properties Executive Director, Abdul Nazer gives is tips on what to look for when searching for that dream home.

Quality
Never compromise on quality. Your living space should be secure and not just aesthetically pleasing. Check the brands used for civil work, electrical fittings, doors and windows, tiling, painting, sanitary fittings, and kitchen utilities. Make sure they are up to date. Don't feel shy to ask questions and get as much information as you can.
"We take care to use the best in our projects, be it a luxury project or not. All specifications will be mentioned in our brochures so that the customer can be aware. For example, we use Fe 500D steel from Vizag, JSW and Sail, which are leading companies."

Space Utility
It is not about how big or small the space is but how well it has been designed. There can be a huge bathroom but if it is badly designed, a lot of space will go to waste. You should get maximum utility for the space you are buying. The spaces should also adhere to your lifestyle, so scrutinize the floor plan. " At the core every design is functionality. We have the nationally recognized architectural firm Edifice on board for our projects. We try to understand our living conditions and design accordingly. For example, Malayalis are known for their hospitality. Therefore, we have provided guest utility projects in our projects. Another detail that we learned from experience was the fact that every apartment, even if it is a two bedroom, requires three balconies. As per our lifestyle we require a kitchen balcony, one for hanging laundry and one for the actual use of a balcony. All master bedrooms have been provided with walk in wardrobes at the Nucleus Eleganza in Vazhakkala, which  is in fact our twelfth project. At Nucleus Properties, no detail is too small to go unnoticed."

Location
Every real estate agent's mantra is 'location, location, location,' and rightly so. Our cities are getting crowded, and space is becoming very expensive. At the same time the city expands, new centers keep popping up. Some of us would like to stay within the city so that we can enjoy all its offering or a little further away to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Make sure the home you invest in is located near amenities, school and your work place. There should be enough common areas, and open spaces should be well designed. Another important thing to keep in mind is that your location should have good resale value if you intend to move in the future.
