Eye gazing is an ancient practice of mindfulness where participants look at each other's eye steadily, intently, and with focus. It is also known as 'Soul gazing' as eyes are considered windows to the soul and it connects humans to their essence. Eye contact is an extremely powerful & universal form of nonverbal communication where we exist for one another.
