Fest of an art that was ,that is and that will be revolutionary one.The films ICCON is a competitive short film fest conducted by the students union of Govt Medical College Trivandrum with cash prizes worth 50k.
An eminent judging panel, interactive sessions and exhibition of academic and panoramic films which all make this October a memorable art revolution.
