Cake Baking & Icing Class !!
Basic of baking from ingredients, measurements,oven, settings etc will be covered.
How to make basic sponge cakes will be taught. You will learn how to cut the cake ,level ,frost and assemble a cake.

Basic Vanilla sponge cake
Chocolate sponge cake.
Carrot and dates cake
Wheat banana cake
(How to bake cooker ,oven and otg will be taught)
Fondant cake(Covering The Cake With Fondant,Coloring The Fondant,Flower , Leaves and Animal Figure etc)
Vancho cake
Choco mousse cake
Two tier cake
Ombre cake
Anti - Gravity cake
Black forest cake
Rich chocolate Truffle cake
Flower basket cake
Doll cake
Photo Cake
Leopard print cake
Fruit glaze cake
White forest cake
RED VELVET AND CREAM CHEESE FROSTING recipes will be provided
Printed notes will be provided.
Highlights
• Learn to use Airbrush air brush using for cakes
Will learn to make various frostings - whipped cream ,fondant covering, chocolate ganache ,butter icing and colored ganache frosting .
Make different designs from different Nozzles,make cream flowers, roses and leaf .
Students will make cakes in the class hands-on.
Other Highlights:
• Pressure Control Piping
• Basic Cake Borders - shells, star flowers, ballooning, zigzag, reverse shells, and rope
• Grape clusters, sweet pea clusters, E shells, curved shells, shells with flutes, ruffles and bows, basket weave
. Basic Floral Piping Skills - leaves, rose bud, half rose, full blown roses, sunflower
• Make Chocolate decorations like chocolate curls,chocolate collar,chocolate molded figures etc..
• You will also learn to create variations such as butter scotch ,pineapple , guava ,strawberry,green Apple ,rich chocolate truffle cake etc..
Classes will be handled by professionally trained pastry chef Sajana.
Full guidance will be given after you start doing ur own cakes at home.
No need to bring anything for the class. Fee include all raw materials ,lunch, refreshments, printed notes, etc.
