On Children's Day, Kerala Museum cordially invites you to a new exhibition, Don’t Spare Me: 128 Caricatures of Nehru. When cartoonist Shankar Pillai launched his weekly magazine in 1948, then Prime Minister Nehru told him, “Don’t spare me Shankar. Hit. Hit me hard.” Celebrating the legacy, vision and wit of India’s first Prime Minister, on the occasion of his 128th birth anniversary and Children’s Day, this exhibition brings together 128 new caricatures of Nehru, created by cartoonists from around the world. The exhibition is conceptualised & curated by cartoonman Ibrahim Badusha. It is an initiative by Petals Globe Foundation, in association with Madhavan Nayar Foundation.
