UTSAV, the designer fest with a spectacular collection of finery, all fashioned by prominent designer boutiques from major cities of India.
This festival is held by the Kottayam Ladies Circle No.48 (KLC48), an organization of committed women, serving the needy since its inception. KLC48’s commitment to its various charitable projects is met through its annual fund raiser ‘UTSAV’, organized since 2006. Designers include Azure, Sampada, Shruthi Agarwal, Takli and more. Credit card facility available. All proceeds go to charity.
