Here’s a little something on what’s featuring on our menu. Pad Thai is the ultimate street food - a  perfect vegetarian dish. Great tasting Pad Thai, dry and light bodied, with a fresh, complex,  balanced flavor. This stir-fried rice noodles is a mix of fish sauce, tamarind juice, red chili pepper,  plus a combination of bean sprouts and tofu, garnished with crushed peanuts, coriander and lime,  the juice of which can be added along with Thai condiments and is served with scallions. The key to  perfect Pad Thai is in the cooking (or "not" cooking) of the noodles, says Chef Asif Ali, who is  specialized in global cuisine for over 3 decades

There's Satay, and then there's Thai chicken satay! If you've never had the real stuff, then you'll fall  in love with the succulent taste of this satay recipe, which Chef Asif Ali guarantees, is going to send  your taste buds into orbit.... Strips of chicken, marinated in a special Thai paste, then skewered and  grilled on the BBQ, served with homemade peanut sauce for the ultimate taste sensation. Even your  kids will love it. Delicious Tonkatsu, which is Panko breaded fried Pork Cutlets with a Japanese  dipping sauce and the Indonesian Sambal Udang, which is a Stir fried Prawn with Cumin, Lemon  Grass and Birds Eye Chilli. Also featuring on the menu are the brilliant Live stations where all the  action is, Dim Sum (Fish, Mushroom & Cheese), Lamb Sui Mui, Bao Buns (Pork, Eggplant), Tempura  (Shrimps, Mushrooms and Cheese Stuffed bird chilly).
