Artist Hassan Kottepparampil has presented 25 caricature of personalities who stood for Peace

Peace is a simple word, but a hard one to find in this world. This World Peace Day, Hassan wanted to do something that would be something worth the effort and time. “I wanted to do something as a part of World Peace Day and that's how the idea of doing a Caricature art of individuals, who I think stood for Peace. I have done caricatures of Jesus Christ and other personalities who haven't won the Nobel Prize for Peace. I have not drawn every Nobel prize winner for Peace because I didn't feel like they represent peace.”

"The artworks have been getting a good response from the crowd and the money I get from the artworks I sell here goes to the charity", says Hassan. The exhibition which is curated by Ibrahim Badusha vice chairman Kerela Cartoon Academy ends on September 27, 2017, at Durbar Hall Art Gallery.
